Salt Lake County government works hard to ensure that all residents have access to computer technology and the Internet.
The Community Access to Technology (CAT) program sponsors several computer technology centers where people may use computers to access the Internet and learn marketable computer skills such as typing, word processing, and data entry.
The centers also provide computer-based literacy and English as a second language (ESL) training.
All services are provided free of charge.
