Qualifications for
Lead Paint Removal Program
To Qualify for grants to remove lead paint hazards:
- The property must have been built prior to 1978
- Applicants must have children under 6 residing or frequently visiting the property
- Applicants must be residents over 18 with an income at or below 80% of the current area median income.
