CDBG Public Service (PS) and Public Service Building Improvements (PSBI) Report
Salt Lake County's CDBG program year begins July 1. Beneficiary data needs to be submitted on a quarterly basis. The fourth quarter report will include data covering the period July 1 through June 30 (total fiscal year). Reports are due within 30 days of the end of the reporting period.

CDBG Housing Report
Salt Lake County's CDBG and HOME Housing program year begins July 1. Beneficiary data needs to be submitted on a quarterly basis and compiled on an annual basis with data covering the period July 1 through June 30.
Reports are due within 30 days of the end of the reporting period.

Emergency Shelter Grant Program
The Emergency Shelter Grants program provides homeless persons with basic shelter and essential supportive services. It can assist with the operational costs of the shelter facility and for the administration of the grant. ESG also provides short-term homeless prevention assistance to persons at imminent risk of losing their own housing due to eviction, foreclosure or utility shutoffs. ESG Online Report Form
